Werol Terms

Organizers can create events, set participant and photo limits, choose the camera style, and configure when the roll is shown. Invited participants can join through a link or QR code without creating a full account, within the event limits.

You must use Werol lawfully, respectfully, and consistently with the purpose of the service. You may not interfere with the app, bypass technical limits, use invites not intended for you, or attempt to access events you are not authorized to join.

Organizers sign in through Apple or Google and are responsible for the security of their account. Invited participants receive a session tied to the specific event and should keep the link or QR code with care.

An invite link may allow whoever receives it to attempt access to the event. The organizer is responsible for distributing invites and managing the participant group.

You retain the rights you have in the content you upload. By uploading photos to Werol, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, process, transmit, and display them to other event participants in order to provide the service.

You must have the right to upload and share each photo, including images of other people, private places, minors, trademarks, or protected works. You may not upload illegal, offensive, violent, sexually explicit, discriminatory, or third-party-rights-infringing content.

We may remove content or limit access to the service when we reasonably believe it violates these terms, applicable law, or the safety of other users.

Reveal policies control how the app presents photos: instantly, at the end of the event, or on a chosen date. When photos are blurred before reveal, the effect supports the event experience and does not guarantee that the original file is technically inaccessible to authorized participants.

Do not upload content to Werol that you do not want to share with the organizer and authorized event participants.

Some organizer features may require payment. Purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and payment methods may be handled by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat under their respective terms.

Payment does not replace event authorization rules: quotas, limits, participation, and access to the roll remain governed by Werol and the event settings.

We try to keep Werol available and reliable, but the service may be suspended, modified, or interrupted for maintenance, security, technical limits, product changes, or causes beyond our control.

We may update features and terms. If a change is material, we will use reasonable channels to communicate it. Your use of Werol after updated terms are published means you accept the new version.

Werol is provided as is, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will always be free from errors, interruptions, or data loss.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or consequences arising from the voluntary sharing of photos and invites with other participants.

We may suspend or terminate access to Werol if you violate these terms, if your use of the service creates risks for other users or the infrastructure, or if we are required to do so for legal reasons.
